Young Rebel star Prabhas and Shruti Haasan are working together for an upcoming action drama Salaar which is being directed by Prashanth Neel of KGF fame. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Prashanth Neel is planning to bring Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif on the board to shake a leg for the item song in Prabhas and Shruti Haasan starrer Salaar.
The sources say that Katrina Kaif will do a special song in the film Salaar. If Katrina Kaif gives her green signal, Prashanth Neel’ directorial venture will mark her comeback in Tollywood after almost 15 years. She was last seen in Allari Pidugu opposite Nandamuri Balakrishna, which was released in 2015. The makers have already completed two schedules. Prabhas will be seen in dual roles in this film.
On the work front, Katrina Kaif is waiting for the release of her Bollywood film Sooryavanshi and she is shooting for Phone Bhoot which has Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khattar in the lead roles.
Salaar is being bankrolled by KGF producer Vijay Kiragandur under his home production banner Hombale Films. Prabhas starrer is touted to be an out and out action-thriller. The sources say that Baahubali star will play a never seen before avatar.
