Payal Rajput is a popular name in Tollywood as she was seen playing the female lead in Ajay Bhupathi’ directorial venture RX 100 in which Karthikeya played the lead role. Now according to the latest report, Payal Rajput is all set to make her debut in Kannada film Industry and she is all set to share the screen space with Dhananjaya. One of the most awaited films is Dhananjaya starrer Head Bush. The upcoming action drama is said to be a biopic of Bengaluru’s first-ever underworld don Jayaraj (played by Dhananjay), who was in the news during the mid-70s and 80s. Payal Rajput is playing his girlfriend. It is being directed by Shoonya.
Apparently, Jayaraj’s girlfriend was from Punjab. Hence, the filmmakers were looking for someone who is a Punjabi and can speak broken Kannada language. The makers found Payal Rajput’ looks to be strikingly similar to the don Jayaraj’ lady love, who was a dancer.
The film which will be released in two parts, has the music by director Charan Raj, and Sunoi Velayudhan is handling the camera.
Payal Rajput is very excited about this project and she said, ““This is one of the best projects I have landed and I have been trying to get into Kannada film industry for a long time.”
