Young Rebel star Prabhas and Shruti Haasan are working together for an upcoming film Salaar, which is progressing at the brisk pace in Hyderabad under the direction of Prashanth Neel of KGF fame. The action drama Salaar brings together Prashanth Neel and Prabhas, who have been part of two of the biggest pan-India hit films from south India — the Baahubali series and KGF. Prashanth Neel has also directed KGF:2, which is set to hit the theaters very soon. The film Salaar has a bunch of renowned actors in crucial roles. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry popular actor Jagapathi Babu has been roped in Salaar starring Prabhas and Shruti Haasan, to play the crucial role.
Jagapathi Babu who is very impressed with his character in Salaar, has given his nod some time ago and he joined the sets of Salaar recently.
Salaar is produced by KGF producer Vijay Kiragandur, with Baahubali star playing the titular character. The film was officially launched in the month of December 2020 in Hyderabad with a puja ceremony, at which KGF star rocking star Yash was present as chief guest.
Salaar will arrive at the theaters during summer 2022 in multiple languages.
