SS Rajamouli’s RRR has found a new fan and this time, he is Scott Derrickson, who is well known for The Exorcism of Emily Rose, Doctor Strange and the recently released The Black Phone. Scott Derrickson took to his twitter and wrote: To celebrate my birthday last night, my wife, kids and I watched RRR— what an awesomely outrageous roller coaster of a movie. Loved it.” He also mentioned that the animal release fight had him literally screaming. The fans of Ram Charan and Jr NTR are very happy with the appreciation the movie has been receiving since its OTT debut.
This is not the first time that a Hollywood celebrity has praised Young Tiger Jr NTR and mega power star Ram Charan starring RRR. Earlier this month, comic books Batman Beyond and Captain America writer Jackson Lanzing wrote on Twitter, “Hey Jackson, was RRR the best time you’ve ever had at the movies?”.
RRR, which is bankrolled by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Danayya, is a fictionalized story of two revolutionaries in the 1920s in India. It has grossed over Rs 1100 cr at the box office, becoming one of the highest-grossing Indian movies. The big budget drama which also has Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt in the crucial roles, has the music by MM Keeravani.
