Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor has sold one of his properties in Mumbai city. The actor house was sold at Rs 16 cr. Arjun Kapoor bought an apartment in Bandra, Mumbai, last year. The actor got this flat to stay closer to girl friend Malaika Arora. However, the actor has now sold the apartment. Arjun Kapoor purchased this property last year in 81 Aureate Building in Bandra (West) for Rs 20 cr and has sold it for Rs 16 cr. The new owners are Shankar Bhoir and Satyen Bhoir. The property also gives access to 3 parking spots. Arjun Kapoor is currently living in Raheja Orchid at JVPD scheme in Juhu.
Malaika Arora owns a flat in the 81 Aureate building and the other celebs who own a flat in the same building are Sonakshi Sinha and Karan Kundra.
On the work front, Arjun Kapoor is currently busy with the promotions of his upcoming film Ek Villain Returns co starring Tara Sutaria, John Abraham, and Disha Patani, which is helmed by Mohit Suri. He will also be seen in Kuttey directed by Aasmaan Bhardwaj starring Tabu, Radhika Madan and Naseeruddin Shah. Arjun Kapoor is also playing the lead role in Ajay Bhal’s The Lady Killer opposite Bhumi Pednekar.
