Cobra Collections: After a big opening day on Wednesday, Vikram starrer action drama Cobra crashed heavily on Thursday, collecting just Rs. 6.50 cr approx, which is almost 70 per cent down from the opening day. The two days running total of this drama is Rs. 26.50 cr. Now according to the latest report, Cobra has crossed $150k marks in USA. The Industry tracker Ramesh Bala confirmed the same by sharing a post on Twitter, “Cobra has crossed $150K in USA.”
In this film Chiyaan Vikram is playing the role of a brilliant mathematician who uses numbers to solve crime. The film features KGf fame Srinidhi Shetty as the female lead.
Vikram essaying a genius who breathes numbers every single second of his life and who can find a solution mathematically to every problem. He plays the titular character of Cobra in the film and his real name is ‘Mathie’, a maths teacher. The other important aspect of Cobra is that cricketer Irfan Pathan, who made his debut as an actor in Kollywood Industry with this film, essays an investigating officer on the heels of Cobra.
Vikram and Srinidhi Shetty starrer film has cinematography by Harish Kannan and music is scored by A R Rahman.
