Kriti Sanon made her debut with Telugu Superstar Mahesh Babu starrer 1: Neokkadine in 2014, directed by Sukumar and jointly produced by Ram Achanta, Gopichand Achanta, and Anil Sunkara as 14 Reels Entertainment and later she was seen in Dochey. Currently the actress is active in Bollywood. She was last seen in Akshay Kumar, Rana Daggubati and Pooja Hegde starrer Housefull 4, which has crossed the 150 crore mark at the box office. Recently Kriti Sanon has signed another upcoming untitled film, based on surrogacy and she will be seen playing the role of surrogate Mom.
The sources say that Kriti Sanon will do this film under the banner of Dinesh Vijan who made Kriti’s last two films. Kriti Sanon will be seen as a surrogate mother in this film. The actress is very impressed with her character and has given her green signal. The details of the director and male lead will be out very soon. Recently during the media interaction, Kriti Sanon says that as soon as she heard the script, she okayed it. the actress termed it, “The most beautiful script read so far.”
The sources say that the upcoming film is a remake of Marathi film called Mala Aai Vhhaychy, which is on surrogacy. But Dinesh Vijan said, “There are no similarities between the two stories, the backdrop, the characters are different, just the idea of surrogacy mother we have taken. The Marathi movie was made years ago. The emotions in the movie were different and today the taste of the audience is changing.”
The upcoming film of Kirti Sanon is expected to go on floors by the end of this month November this year after the script is complete.
Kriti Sanon will also be seen in the Ashutosh Gowariker directorial venture ‘Panipat’ based on the Third Battle of Panipat fought between the Maratha Empire led by Sadashiv Rao Bhau and the King of Afghanistan.
