If ongoing buzz in media and film industry is to be believed, Boney Kapoor and Dil Raju are planning to rope most wanted girl Pooja Hegde in the upcoming Telugu film, the remake of Bollywood super hit movie Pink in which Power Star Pawan Kalyan is going to play the lead role. If everything will go accordingly, Pooja Hegde will reprise the role of Taapsee Pannu and Pawan Kalyan will play the role of Amitabh Bachchan. Few days ago the trade analyst Taran Adarsh made an official announcement regarding Pawan Kalyan’s comeback movie Pink remake, which will be directed by Venu Sriram and jointly bankrolled by Boney Kapoor and Dil Raju.
Pink carried a strong social message in which Amitabh Bachchan essayed the role of an advocate. Boney Kapoor is planning to meet Pooja Hegde to play the lead role in Pawan Kalyan starrer pink remake. If Pooja Hegde gives her green signal, this will be the first time, when she will share the screen space with Pawan Kalyan in a movie.
Power Star Pawan Kalyan who will reprise Amitabh Bachchan’s role from the original, has allotted a 20-day call sheet for it.
Currently, Pooja Hegde has big-budget movies in her Kitty. Very soon she will start the shoot of Prabhas starrer romantic drama Jaan, which is being helmed by Radha Krishna Kumar and is bankrolled by UV Creations. Pooja Hegde is also romancing with Stylish star Allu Arjun in Trivikram Srinivas’ directorial venture Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo.
Pink has already remade in Tamil Titled as Nerkonda Paarvai. The Pink remake starred Thala Ajith in the lead role. Directed by H. Vinoth, the film had Shraddha Srinath, Abhirami Venkatachalam and Andrea Tariang in the supporting roles. The film had music by Yuvan Shankar Raja with Nirav Shah handled the camera and Praveen KL was in charge of the editing.
