Parasuram is a screenwriter and director, who started to work in Telugu cinema in 2003 as an assistant director and assisted Puri Jagannadh and Bommarilu Bhaskar. Parasuram made his directorial debut in 2008 with the film Yuvatha and the talented director is popular for delivering Anjaneyulu, Solo and Geetha Govindam. After delivering Srirastu Subhamastu, in 2016, Parasuram collaborated with the young and talented actor Vijay Deveakonda and Rashmika Mandanna and came up with a romantic movie Geetha Govindam. Parasuram has received about Rs 9 Cr remuneration for ‘Geetha Govindam’. Rs 9 Cr is the total amount of a share in the total profits plus remuneration. Now according to the latest update, Parasuram has hiked his remuneration and now demanding Rs 10 Cr for a movie.
Since then Geetha Govindam fame Parasuram is demanding Rs 10 crore remuneration for his next movie, no top producer is willing to work with him. It is known the news that Parasuram has become fail to convince Telugu Superstar Mahesh Babu with his story. He has also approached Akkineni Naga Chaitanya and Natural Star Nani. But both the actors have rejected his offer.
After delivering a massive blockbuster with ‘Geetha Govindam’, Parasuram has lost more than a year. Recently it was also heard that Parasuram is readying a script for the Baahubali star Prabhas. The director is working on the script and it is in the final stages. He is expected to give a complete narration to Prabhas as soon as the scripting is done completely. If Prabhas gives his nod, the upcoming film will be bankrolled by UV Creations. Prabhas is currently getting ready to start the shoot of his next flick Jaan, which is directed by KK Radha Krishna and is bankrolled jointly by Gopi Krishna Movies and UV Creations and Chandrasekar Yeleti has penned the story.
