Ram Pothineni and Kishore Tirumala’s upcoming project ‘RED’ has been with formal pooja ceremony recently and, the film’s release date has also been out. The filmmakers have announced that the film Red will be released on 9th April 2020. According to the latest buzz in the film industry, the young and talented actor Ram Pothineni will be seen in dual roles in Red. This is the first time, he is going to play a dual role. As per the latest reports, Ram Pothineni will be seen in conflicting shades in Red. In one of the roles, Ram Pothineni will play a tough guy with an irreverent attitude and in the other role, the young actor is going to be completely antithetical to it.
The regular Shoot of Ram Pothineni’ Red will commence in the third week of this month November. Sravanthi Ravi Kishore is bankrolling this film and Mani Sharma is coming to the soundtrack. Ram Pothineni starrer ‘RED’ is also set to star Nivetha Pethuraj and Malavika Sharma. It is said that Red is a remake of Thadam.
Thadam is an action crime thriller drama, that was written and directed by Magizh Thirumeni and bankrolled by Inder Kumar under the banner Redhan – The Cinema People. Thadam had Arun Vijay, Tanya Hope, and Vidya Pradeep in the lead roles. The music was scored by Arun Raj, cinematography by Gopinath and editing by NB Srikanth.
Ram Pothineni’s previous offering iSmart Shankar has been declared a smash hit at the box office. The movie is directed by Puri Jagannath. The film has Nabha Natesh and Nidhi Agarwal playing his female leads. On the other side, Kishore Tirumala’ Chitralahari, which had Sai Dharam Tej in the lead role, was also a hit. The romantic entertainer had Kalyani Priyadarshan playing the female lead with Sunil, Nivetha Pethuraj and Vennela Kishore in the supporting roles.
