Punarnavi Bhupalam is well known face for TV movie lovers as she was seen as a participant of controversial reality show Bigg Boss 3 Telugu, which was hosted by Akkineni Nagarjuna. During the Bigg Boss 3 Telugu show run, people thought she’s in a relationship with play singer Rahul Sipligunj. But they claimed that they are not lovers but are good friends. Till date, no one knows that why did she take a break from Instagram but now the big suspense has been revealed. According to Punarnavi Bhupalam, her mental health was not good.
Recently Punarnavi Bhupalam was spotted gaining weight and this was because she was not well mentally. The bigg boss 3 Telugu participant said that she ignored mental health that affected her severely. Hence she took a break from Instagram but now she is back.
Punarnavi Bhupalam took to her Instagram and said, “I am back. I don’t know if anybody noticed but I took a tiny break from Instagram.” She added that she got carried away with this reel life and ignored her mental health. There is nothing wrong in taking a short break, reviving and getting back to the grind.” She further said, “So that’s what I did, I read the books, spent a lot of time with my loved ones and started to work out a lot.”
