Tollywood macho star Gopichand has been roped in an upcoming big budget film Annaatthe in which Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth and lady Superstar Nayantara are playing the lead roles. Gopichand is playing the villain in Rajinikanth starrer Annaatthe.
Gopichand has already played the role of an antagonist in Jayam Ravi’s debut film Jayam. He started his career in the film industry as a villain, but soon he became a successful hero. We will have to wait for the official confirmation from the team of Annaatthe if Jil star Gopichand is indeed playing the villain or not.
Rajinikanth starrer Annaatthe, was launched in December 2019 and has completed two schedules of shootings. Annaatthe is helmed by Shiva and is produced by Sun Pictures and it also has Khushbu Sundar, Keerthy Suresh, Meena, Prakash Raj, Soori, Sathish, Livingston, Redin Kingsley, and others in the supporting roles.
Rajinikanth was last seen in action-drama Darbar, which was directed by AR Murugadoss.
On the other side, Gopichand is currently busy in the shoot of upcoming sport based drama Seetimaarr in which milky siren Tamannah Bhatia is playing the female lead, in the direction of Sampath Reddy. Recently it was also heard that Gopichand is teaming up with Teja for his next which is titled Alivelumanga Venkataramana.
