Rangasthalam actress also added that she was scared of repercussions and trolls but made sure to take the step and wear clothes of her choice.
Oh Baby and Majili actress Samantha Akkineni said, “After the marriage, the first time when I wore revealing and s*xy dress, the people trolled me heavily on social media. But I noticed that when I wore the revealing dress for the second time, it was not so bad. I am not going to say that I did something brave. I was scared of the trolling. But at the same time, I told myself that things have to change and I am going to do as much as I can to be a part of that change.”
On the work front, Samantha Akkineni will be seen in a web series The Family Man season 2 that stars Manoj Bajpayee.
