Dr Sethuraman, a doctor turned actor, who is known for his famous Tamil film Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya, passed away yesterday night at 8:45 pm due to massive cardiac arrest. Dr Sethuraman was 31. The actor is survived by his wife and a child.
His popular Tamil movies are “Vaaliba Raja” (2016), “Sakka Podu Podu Raja” (2017), and “50/50” (2019).
Dr Sethuraman was a friend of actor Santhanam, which ultimately led to his entry into Tamil film Industry. He was a dermatologist by profession and made a debut in movies in 2016. Everyone is shocked in the film industry after hearing the news of sudden demise of Dr Sethuraman.
He was very much active on social media, and was popular for campaigning the precautions to be taken during the Covid-19, Coronavirus situation. Few days ago, Sethuraman had also posted a video to spread awareness on the outbreak of coronavirus on microblogging page.
The celebrities from the film industry such as Aishwarya Rajesh, Abhirami Venkatachalam, and others said it is heartbreaking to hear the news about the death of Dr Seth. Khusbu Sundar expressed her shock hearing about De Sethumaran’s sudden demise. The celebrities are still struggling to come in terms with the news that Dr Sethuraman is no more.
