If ongoing buzz in media and film industry is to be believed, Bollywood producer and distributor Karan Johar have struck an interesting deal with the young and happening actor Vijay Deverakonda. The sources say that Karan Johar has agreed to pay Rs 100 crore to Vijay Deverakonda per year and Arjun Reddy star has to sign films sanctioned by Karan Johar under the deal. The reports are coming that Karan has promised to make Vijay a national star.
It is known news that Vijay Deverakonda is already doing a pan-Indian film Fighter with Puri Jagannadh and this upcoming action-drama will mark his debut in Bollywood. Karan Johar is planning to make more pan-Indian films or direct Bollywood films with Vijay Deverakonda and that is the main reason she struck a deal with the actor. The sources added that whether Vijay Deverakonda does a film or not, but Karan Johar has agreed to pay the money to Geetha Govindam star.
Vijay Deverakonda is currently busy in the shoot of Fighter which is progressing at the brisk pace in Mumbai and it has Ananya Pandey in the female lead role. The movie is jointly being bankrolled by Karan Johar, Puri Jagannadh and Charmee Kaur.
