Director Ravikanth Perepu, who is basking in on the success of his recently released movie Krishna and His Leela, shared a pic of him with wife Veena Ghantasala, who is a dubbing artiste cum singer. Ravikanth Perepu had tied the knot to Veena Ghantasala, in 2017 after the release of Kshanam.
The director Ravikanth Perepu made his debut as director with thriller movie Kshanam, which was released in 2016 and was superhit at the box office. The movie starred Adivi Sesh, Adah Sharma and Anasuya Bharadwaj. Ravikanth released Krishna and His Leela on Netflix on 25th June and the movie received mixed response by the movie lovers and the critics on its opening day.
The director Ravikanth Perepu took to his Instagram page to thank his wife Veena and wrote that he got married ‘during the making of this film Krishna and His Leela’ . But the media thought he married her recently.

Kshanam director wrote, “Ending last post of the movie Krishna And His Leela with the most important person in my life. During the making of this series, Veena Ghantasala and I decided to take our relationship a step forward and we tied the knot. The film Krishna And His Leela got stalled in between and I was not in the best of my energies. It is not easy to live with someone when they touch their rock bottom. Veena was expecting a beautiful kick start to her new life and boom, she got me! But she’s a fighter too. There were a lot of hiccups through the way but she never gave up. She is to be treasured.”

Veena and I come up with some never heard before modulations working together. I love this collaboration and am really looking forward to more films with her. She keeps me grounded and sane.
